Eugenia Moncada Pedroza a native of Yancey 84 passed away Saturday March 28 2026 in San Antonio. Born Nov. 15 1941 in Yancey she was the daughter of Gregorio and Anastacia Contreras Moncada. She and Preciliano Pedroza were married in August of 1962. Despite having a limited education she went on to get her GED and subsequently a degree at St. Philips College which led to a career in the medical field. After years of working in many different doctors offices she retired and dedicated her life to her family. She loved to travel visiting the Vatican Germany Washington DC Hawaii New York and numerous other states. She was preceded in death by her parents her husband brothers Antonio and Isabel Moncada and sister Maria Guerra. Born on December 5 1945 to EJ Williams and Maxine Jeanette Endsley Williams in Bellflower Naval District Long Beach CA he became a lifelong Texan when his parents moved home to Hondo Texas to raise their family. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Patty of San Antonio and son Kyle H. Williams Shirley of California. Pat is also survived by his sisters Sharon Williams West and Dena Williams Gary Stripling of San Antonio and sistersin law Mary Rock Weynand of Castroville Teresa Rock Rowlett of San Antonio and Barbie Rock Jay Patterson of San Antonio brotherinlaw John Rock of Hondo and by many nieces nephews greatnieces and greatnephews. Survivors include her children Ernest Lopez Jr. of La Coste Melissa Lopez Eric Knapick of La Coste and Evangelina Vangie Cox Raymond G. of Lytle grandchildren Lauren Gerwer Raymond J.
