Wanda Jane Dickey Livingston passed peacefully from this earth to a joyful and abundant life in eternity on May 13, 2026. She was 92 years old. Wanda was born on November 2, 1933 at her family home in Mablevale, Arkansas to James O. Dickey and Essie Kinsey Dickey. She was the youngest child with one other sibling, Wayne who was ten years her senior.Upon graduation from high school, Wanda made her way to attend the University of Arkansas at Monticello where she studied Home Economics. It was there, where she met Willie C. Livingston who she would marry on August 12, 1954. Willie had recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics at the time of their marriage, but Wanda was still a few hours short of completing her degree at that time.
