Fred was born on July 22 1942 in Beeville Texas to Victoria Marin and Felipe Garza. He spent much of his life in Angleton and Three Rivers before settling in Sinton. Wherever he lived Fred built lasting friendships and was known for his warm heart generous spirit and unwavering devotion to those he loved.
