Florence Marie Bailey age 67 passed away peacefully on July 30 2026. She was born on June 27 1959 and was a beloved mother grandmother and friend whose loving spirit touched the lives of many. Florence was preceded in death by her husband David Paul Kleis who passed away on September 20 2025. She is survived by her three daughters Peggy Gilmore Nancy Foreman and Bobby Jo Foreman as well as her 11 grandchildren who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her. Florence was a loving and joyful person who brought warmth and happiness to her family. TJ was born on May 8 1980 in Taft Texas to Eva Moreno and Pedro Tobar. He will be deeply missed and will forever leave a lasting impression on the hearts of all who knew and loved him. TJ was preceded in death by his father Pete Tobar and his grandparents Pedro and Tomasa Tobar and Beningo and Jovita Moreno. Julia Trevino Alvarez passed away peacefully on August 13 2026 after a long illness. She was 60 years old. Julia was born on July 23 1966 in Three Rivers Texas to Adela Licon and Jesus Trevino. A lifelong resident of Taft Julia was the only daughter in a family filled with brothers. She was truly a princess in every sense of the word lovingly cherished and always looked after by her parents and brothers. Julia was a familiar and welcoming face in the Taft community. As the owner and operator of Dairy Queen she greeted countless residents with courtesy kindness and her beautiful smile. She was well known and loved by her patrons many of whom knew her not only as a business owner but as a friend. Julia later continued serving her community as a paraprofessional with Taft ISD.
