Steven Greg Anderson "Steve" 62 years old of Merkel TX passed away on May 11th in Merkel TX. Steve was born in Levelland TX to Wayne and Lois Anderson on February 11th 1964. He went to school at Hawley and graduated from Hawley High School. He married the love of his life high school sweetheart on September 7th 1985 in Truby TX at the "Big Orange Barn". They had two daughters Kyla and Justina. He worked 20 years for Crown Cork and Seal and eventually retired. Steve enjoyed going to see the Texas Rangers watching Nascar and raising goats. He likedspending time with his family. His most rewardinglifetimeachievement is being known as "Grumps" to his twin granddaughters Everlee and Raelynn and his grandson Decklan. Billy was born in Weatherford Texas to Charlie C. and Nancy Elizabeth Gouge on August 31 1939. He went to school in Merkel where he graduated from Merkel High School. He worked as a lineman with Cable TV afterwards he worked at Walmart as a maintenance supervisor. He was a veteran in the Marine Corp and the Navy. Billy is preceded by his greatgrandfather Reverend W.J. Gouge parents Charlie C. and Nancy Elizabeth Gouge brother J.D. Gouge and wife Iva Day sister Louise Corcoran and husband Mike sister Joni McMillin and sister Wanda Mashburn and husband Buddy. Billy is survived by son Tim Gouge and wife Barbara of Hawley Texas daughter Tammy Tarno of Louisiana and son Tommy Gouge of Waxahachie Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren with several nieces and nephews.

He worked in the oil field as a derrick hand for about 38 years.
