She was born on November 24 1947 in Mount Pleasant Texas to the late Eugene Howard Sr. and Dorothy Jean Johnson Howard. Wannetta was a proud graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in Mount Pleasant. She was a member of Sheppard Street Church of Christ where she joined at an early age. In her leisure time she enjoyed fishing playing football board games and most of all spending cherished moments with her children grandchildren and extended family. Howell Cob Duncan and Lois Eva Kelley Duncan gave birth to Eva Jean Duncan on January the 5th of 1938 in Wichita Falls Texas. She was the first daughter of the family and had two older brothers Reginald Wallace and James Arthur who were also born in the Lil Brown house there in Wichita Falls. Her father was a machinist. As WWII broke out the aircraft industry was calling all machinist that could muster to the aircraft manufacturing plants located on the West Coast. The family relocated to San Diego California where she was raised and went to and graduated from high school. During this time she had a third brother Hal Wayne Duncan. Several years after high school she married and relocated to the Midwest. She had two daughters and an adopted daughter. She divorced and remarried and again divorced. Dean Day Weeks known affectionately as Papaw to his family passed away at the age of 73 at his home in Mount Pleasant Texas surrounded by his loving family. Born on June 21 1952 in Hope Arkansas Dean was the youngest of four brothers KarlLogan Joe and Wayne born to parents Karl and Annie Weeks. He was raised on a farm in Emmet Arkansas and loved riding his horse Elnora. Later Dean moved to Marshall Texas as a young adult. Dean enlisted and served in the Army National Guard as a medic before beginning a career as a firefighter and EMT for the City of Marshall Texas. Later Dean became a machinist at Lone Star Steel before finding his calling as a mechanic and electrician at Luminant Mining where he worked for 30 years and retired in 2014. In 1972 Dean met the love of his life Kathy Lynne Reynolds.…
