Israel will be deeply missed by those who loved him family friends and all whose lives he touched with his kindness and thoughtfulness. Israel Ray Duarte rode his final ride thru winding roads beautiful mountains feeling the breeze of joy into the arms of our Heavenly Father who embraced him on February 12 2026. He was born on February 20 1961 in San Angelo Texas to Isaac and Petronila Nila Duarte. Ray was preceded in death by his beloved parents and his brothers Victor Duarte Edward Duarte Johnny Duarte and Bernardino Barney Duarte. Rays memories will be cherished by his children Israel Duarte Jr. and wife Trina Michelle Escobar and husband David as well as his numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
