A devoted husband father grandfather and faithful servant of the Lord Frank leaves behind a legacy of hard work quiet strength and unwavering love for his family. Graveside services for only close family and friends will be held at 1030 a.m. on February 16 2026 at Glendale Cemetery in GlendaleTX officiated by Arthur Moody of Northside Church of Christ in LivingstonTX. Frank was preceded in death by his parents E.L. and Patsy Scott his brother Jim Scott his soninlaw Bryan Tomlin and brotherinlaw John Valenta. He is survived by his loving wife Cindy Scott his children Amber Scott Autumn Savoie and Ashley Tomlin and his beloved pet Vivy. He was a proud and devoted grandfather to Drew Savoie Jaxon Savoie Kynlee Tomlin Brylee Tomlin and Jake Tomlin each of whom brought him immense joy and pride.…
