Funeral services for Phyllis Howland 82 of Rockwall TX are scheduled for 300 PM Monday April 6 2026 in the Pavillion at McLendonChisholm Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hietts LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Phyllis Elaine Seabolt was born on July 12 1943 in Terrell TX to Mitchell W. Seabolt and Edith F. Garrett Seabolt. She was raised in McLendonChisholm and attended Rockwall High School. Phyllis married Jerry M. Howland on October 12 1963 at Chisholm Baptist Church in McLendonChisholm TX. Early in their marriage they lived in San Diego and Huntington Beach California before returning to Rockwall. Phyllis worked as a waitress at the KBobs Steak House formerly located in Rockwall and later owned her own home cleaning business. She and Jerry were faithful members of First Baptist Church in Rockwall. Phyllis loved music especially Conway Twitty and Elvis Presley. She also found great joy in…
