Victoria Ronald Neil Herrmann 82 was called by the Lord to join Him in Heaven on March 282026. He was a loving husband beloved father grandfather brother uncle and loyal friend. Ron was born July 7 1943 to the late Ervin and Blanche McDermaid Herrmann in HoustonTexas. Ron was raised in Pasadena Texas before eventually joining the Air Force in 1962where he served honorably for nearly four years. While stationed in France he enjoyedexploring his new home and new country all in his MG convertible. In 1965 Ron returned toHouston where the new local baseball team won his heart and he became a lifelong Astros fan. Ron later attended school and welcomed the birth of a daughter Michelle before eventuallymoving to Victoria where he resided for over 55 years serving with the Victoria PoliceDepartment for a short while.
