William Howard Ellis Billy 69 of Victoria Texas passed away on October 8 2026. Billy was born in Falfurrias Texas to Leslie Luis L.L. and Doris Mae Ellis on January 28 1957. He attended school in Premont Texas. He worked as a gate and security guard for Mariposa Ranch in Falfurrias Texas for more than 30 years. Billy was a veteran and served in the Air Force. Billy is survived by his siblings Sharon Hoey and husband Steve of Providence Forge Virginia Daniel Ellis and wife Karla of Victoria Texas and Brenda Chamrad and husband Randy of Victoria Texas.
