Michelle Chell Bell Fox Browning 67 of American Fork passed away peacefully at her home on March 25 2026. She was born on September 23 1958 in Salt Lake City Utah to Bill and Tricia Fox. She was born with congenital hip dysplasia which led to a lifetime of surgeries and pain. Despite significant physical trials she lived a wonderful and joyous life. Michelles family moved to New Jersey when she was three years old. Her little brother Greg was born there and they later moved to California when Michelle was seven. Most of their time in California was spent in Huntington Beach. Her parents bought their first piano when Michelle was seven and she began taking lessons.
