Ernestine Louise Pepin is now with the angels. Steeny as everyone called her passed from this life after a short illness on March 27th. She was 100 years old. She had already made it clear to us that she was ready to exit this world. And how do we remember her She was gentle and kind patient and strong. She loved history genealogy and girl scouting. She loved to laugh. She loved a vodkaandtonic or two at five oclock. She loved any kind of puzzle. She loved parties and champagne. She loved to look out on Lake Memphremagog. It is with great sadness and broken hearts the family of Maryanne Norine Royer of Derby Line announce she has entered her eternal home in Heaven with God on March 27 2026 in Newport with family by her side after losing her short battle with cancer. She was born on October 8 1962 in Mill River Massachusetts to Norine and Burton Royer who both predecease her. Maryanne was a daughter a Mom a Nana a sister an aunt and a friend to many. She moved to Vermont as a young child where she lived the remainder of her life. Her life was short here on earth but she impacted many. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
