William Arthur Bill Daoulas 70 of Washington D.C. passed away on October 11 2026. He lived a full life marked by a successful career enduring friendships a love of storytelling and above all an unwavering devotion to his family. Bill was born on January 19 1956 at Fort Campbell Kentucky to retired U.S. Army Colonel Arthur Daoulas and Elaine Daoulas. Growing up as an Army brat he spent portions of his childhood in Germany Greece and various cities across the United States. These experiences fostered an appreciation for travel different cultures his Greek heritage and provided a lifetime of stories he loved to share. Bill graduated from the University of Richmond where he played on the mens soccer team and was a proud member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He especially valued the friendships formed during his college years and was fortunate to reconnect with some of his fraternity…
