Michael Wells peacefully transitioned from his earthly home in Skippers Virginia to his heavenly home on Monday May 11th 2026. Born on Saturday May 9th 1953 Michael was the second eldest son of the late Ben Wells Jr. and Helen Robinson Wells. At an early age Michael accepted Christ and united with Diamond Grove Baptist Church where he remained a faithful and dedicated member until his health began to decline. During his years of service he faithfully served as a trustee and was actively involved in Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. Michael especially cherished bringing along his beloved grandsons whom he adored dearly. He graduated from Greensville County High School in Emporia Virginia in 1971. He later continued his education and earned an Associate Degree.
