Mark Sullivan Watts, 84, of Evington, VA passed away peacefully at his residence on May 11, 2026. He was the loving husband of Deloris Andrews Watts for 54 years.Born on February 8, 1942 in Evington, VA, he was a son of the late Armstead Tom Watts and Mattie Thompson Watts. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosa Watts and Evelyn Arnetha Austin; a brother, Leon Watts all of Evington, VA and 3 brothers who died in infancy, Roger Watts, Matthew Watts and Randolph Watts.; and three nephews, Matthew Watts, Michael Watts and Arnold Jackson Jr.Mark was a faithful servant in his church and community. He was the loving and devoted husband of Linda Carr Walsh for 58 years.Born in Jersey City, NJ on December 28, 1944, he was a son of the late Joseph G. Walsh, Sr. and Nora O’Neil Walsh.Born into a loving and wonderful family of nine children, he grew up by the Jersey Shore and graduated from Neptune High School in Neptune, NJ.Joseph was a US Navy Veteran having served in Vietnam and was retired from the US Postal Service. He received his business degree from Phillips Business College which enabled him to become the bookkeeper with Lynchburg Foundry for many years.
