Vida Delray Kelley daughter of the late Jean Kelley was born on December 16 1963 in Norfolk Virginia. She is preceded in death by her sisters Ruth D. Kelley Barbara K. Lewis Gwendolyn K. Harris Cheryl Kelley and her brother Carlton Kelley Sr. Vida completed her education in the Norfolk Public School system and was a graduate of Lake Taylor High School Class of 1982. After giving her life to Christ at a young age she continued her walk with Christ as a dedicated member of The Mount Virginia Beach. Vida lived a life full of love strength and compassion touching the hearts of all who knew her. She was a devoted mother grandmother sister aunt and friend always putting her family first and offering unwavering support and guidance.
