Louise Virginia Capehart Veale passed away on the morning of May 13 2026. She was 101 years old. She was born on November 7 1924 in Aulander N.C. to the late Leroy and Elevia Jenkins Capehart. Louise was their eldest child and was predeceased by all of her siblings sisters Katie Paterson Bertha Mae Felton Eatherine Phillips and her brother David Capehart. Louise was raised in Ahoskie N.C. where she met her husband James Veale. When James died in 2002 they had been married for 56 years. They are survived by their three children James Veale Jr.Odessa Gloria Veale LobreJohn and Betty Veale.
