In Loving Memory,Helene Theresa Burns age 83, of Locust Grove, Virginia, passed away on September 28, 2026. She was born on February 12, 1943, in Albany, New York, to George and Helena VanTine. Helene was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Burns of Bailey, Colorado.Helene will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, compassion, heartfelt smile and laughter. She is survived by her sister, Mary Ryan, niece (Kathy) and nephews (Bill and Mike), seven grandnieces and grandnephews, and many friends.A memorial service will be held on October 28th at 11:30am at St Patrick’s Catholic Church, Fredericksburg, Virginia. Her family is grateful for the kindness and support shown during this time.
