Hunky was an active member of Washington Henry Lodge No. 344 AF AM the Acca Temple Shrine Klownz Unit Mechanicsville Baptist Church past CoMaster Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts and was a member of Plumbers and Steam Fitters Union Local No. 10. LANIER Moultrie Shrewsbury II known as Buddy by family and friends age 85 of Quinton peacefully passed away on February 5 2026. He was born on January 27 1941 in Miami FL to LaVina Krause Lanier and Moultrie H. Lanier. The family moved to Richmond in 1945 where his father was a nurserymanlandscaper and started his own business Colonial Farms. He was preceded in death by his parents brothers Robert and Paul sister and brotherinlaw Daisy and Don Morrow and Ginger Lanier the mother of his children. He is survived by his children Robert Lanier Becky and Elizabeth Wood Mark. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory the love of his life Patsy Anderson his sister Marvine Tyler Bill of SC along with four cherished nieces sisterinlaw Martha Jo Lanier and many friends.
