A funeral service for Frank will be held on Tuesday August 25 2026 at 100 p.m. with Franks dear friend and fishing buddy the Reverend Ricks officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Following the service Frank will be laid to rest in Northern Neck Memorial Gardens near his mother and brother. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in loving memory of Frank to either Riverside Hospice 4719A Richmond Road Warsaw VA 22572 or the Northumberland County Animal Shelter P.O.
