Cowan and exceptional mother to John Christopher Boutte and Tracy Michelle Powell. Grandmother to Alice Frances Boutte, Harlee Michelle Powell and Kendle Gauge Powell and lots of family and friends.Born in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late Cleatus Howard Hobbs and Lola Dorothy Hobbs.
