Kevin Andrew Voitlein known affectionately to his loved ones as Andy passed away on March 25 2026. Born in Hampton Virginia on November 11 1959 Kevin brought an adventurous spirit and a courageous heart to all that he did. Throughout his life he demonstrated an exceptional knack for turning the ordinary into extraordinary living by the mantra "Its always an adventure."
