Bruce was born in 1949 in Rhode Island the son of the late Bruce Franklin and Patricia Weart. He was a high school graduate and received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland. Bruce retired as Vice President of United ContractorsConstruction. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf most especially he loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. Pasquale R. Monacelli 80 of Stephens City VA passed away on Sunday February 8 2026 at Winchester Medical Center. Pat was born in 1945 in Jersey City NJ He was the son of the late Stefano and Michelina Monacelli. He was a graduate of Hoboken High School Class of 1964 and proudly served in the United States Air Force. Pat dedicated 27 years to firefighting beginning his career in the United States Air Force before joining the New Brunswick NJ Fire Department. He later worked as a security and fire inspector at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital New Brunswick NJ. Pat was known for his warmth and contagious laughter. He enjoyed making jokes and telling stories always aiming to bring joy and smiles to those around him.
