It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Efren Barroga Crisostomo Sr. who passed away peacefully on June 4 2026 at the age of 83. Born on December 21 1942 in Ilocos Norte Philippines to Jose Crisostomo and Marina Barroga Crisostomo Efren was known for his kindness gentle spirit and humor. At 16 he traveled to America aboard the SS President Wilson and later settled in Waipahu Oahu. There he met the love of his life Evelinda and together they shared 62 wonderful years of marriage building a life rooted in faith hard work and family. Efren owned Tinos Barbershop in Waianae before moving his family to Seattle Washington where they raised their children and established deep roots in their community.
