February 8 1928 September 24 2026 Betty Mae Broemeling Howell 98 born on February 8 1928 in Genesee ID passed away peacefully at her Federal Way WA home on Thursday September 24 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Betty was born to Joseph and Amanda Broemeling and grew up in Genesee ID. She received her Teaching Certificate at Northern Idaho College and taught elementary grades in Mullan ID. Betty met Harley Howell in Mullan ID while she was teaching and he was working at the Flight Service Station. They married in Genesee on July 9 1950. Harley passed away on April 15 1990. They built a loving life together and had six children. Betty touched the lives of all that knew her with her kindness generosity and abundance of love.
