Helen Elaine Martindill, 76 of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully at home with her family by her side on Saturday, March 28, 2026.Born February 22, 1950, in Wellsburg, WV a daughter of the late John and Alice (Black) McQullian. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold Lee Martindill, Sr., three children, Harold Matindill, Jr, Michael Martindill, and Sondra Ryan, along with four grandchildren, Michael Martindill, Addison Martindill, Gerry Lynn Mikels, and Jennifer Cowden.Helen was Christian by faith and raised her family in a loving home. Everyone and anyone that knew Helen knows she never knew a stranger and cared for everyone as her own.She is survived by six children, Cathy Martindill, Mary Lou (Robin) Horner, Jeff Martindill, and Jason (Nicole) Martindill, Ruth Tennant, and Margaret (Hal) Goodley; 16 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and a great-grandson on the way.There will be no visitation.There will be…

Martha Elizabeth Wakefield, 77 of Follansbee, WV formerly of Central Valley California area died peacefully on Monday, March 30,2025 at Wyngate in Weirton, WV.She was born on November 16,1948 in Wheeling, WV to the late John and Ruth (Agnew) Wakefield.Martha graduated from high school class of 1966 and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in English Lit. She taught for many years before retiring from teaching 6th Grade English at Portaville School District in California. In her spare time she loved to fly fish, having quite the hand for tying her own flies. Angelica Isabel Molly Reed, 10 years old beloved Havanese and furry companion crossed the rainbow bridge on Monday, March 30, 2026.She was born on March 13, 2017, and grew up living her best life with her favorite humans Tammy and Carissa Reed.Angelica enjoyed her doggy years playing with her baby dog Ana and her sister Ariel. She loved to play catch and snuggle and especially loved a McDonalds treat like a Filet O' Fish or Cheeseburger. Believe it or not she enjoyed watching television beside her humans and would portray the most beautiful Havanese smile when she was happy.She as the most loving and loyal dog that her family could ask for and will forever be missed.
