Born to Ralph and Ann Erwin Fisk, Doug grew up with the values of kindness, hard work, and service—principles that guided him throughout his life.A proud graduate of Greenbrier High School and Marshall University, Doug carried his deep love for his community into every role he filled. In his earlier years, he worked at Davis Stuart Children’s Home, where he found purpose in meeting the needs of children and offering support during some of their most difficult moments. He later continued his commitment to service by working as a police officer, approaching the job with compassion and integrity.
