Mary L. Schmidt 78 of Fairmont WV passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday February 11 2026. She was born in Provo UT on November 13 1947 a daughter of the late Juan and Leonides Oseguera. Mary was a nurses aide in Newton NJ. She was Christian by faith and was a member of St. Anthonys Catholic Church. She was a homemaker and was a member of the choir. She was a free spirit and enjoyed movies reading fashion singing taking photos collecting dolls and dancing. Known by many loved by all. Mary had zest for life and the best smile that lit up any room. Mary is survived by her children Marlena Schmidt of Milford PA and George Schmidt of Fairview NJ a grandson Everett W.
