Our family mourns the passing of our father and grandfatherRoy “Frankie” FoleyRoy “Frankie” Foley, age 75, of Bartley passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026 after many years of sickness.Frankie, as all his family and friends knew him, was born February 26, 1950 in McDowell County, WV. He was blessed to have two mothers; his birth mother, Margaret Foley Justice, who he called Little Mommy. Frankie was raised from the age of two weeks old by a loving woman, Lucy Viars, who was his mother in every way.Frankie was a coal miner all his life and loved talking “Coal” He was raised in Knox Creek, VA and would often share stories of his early years with family. He loved watching old westerns on television in his later years. Frankie gave his heart to the Lord and attended Bartley Fellowship Church of God until his sickness prevented him from getting out of…
