Joanne L. Knott born on September 13 1935 died on March 27 2026 at Potomac Valley Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mary Ann Weaver McLaughlin and Harold McLaughlin. Joanne was Pentecostal by faith and loved her Lord. Joanne celebrated her 90th birthday in 2025 and loved life especially cutting up with anyone who would participate. She was a resident of Keyser Healthcare Center for the last several years and enjoyed playing Bingo making crafts and socializing with her meal table crew. Joanne retired from the West Virginia Department of Human Services after many years working there. After retirement she worked for the Aging and Family Services until her health no longer allowed. In addition to her parents She was predeceased by 1st husband Paul E. Kuhn Sr. and 2nd husband Paul Knott her son Mark Randall Kuhn her brothers Arthur McLaughlin and wife Hanna and Luther McLaughlin…
