Elmer George Fitchett 79 of Terra Alta WV passed away Saturday March 28 2025 at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown WV. Born on March 31 1946 in Terra Alta WV a son of the late George Balwin Fitchett and Kathleen Josephine Holley Fitchett. Elmer was a jack of all trades. Throughout his life he mainly farmed in Loudin County Virginia but also drove truck and worked on golf courses. He loved to travel and never liked to stay in one place for very long. He also loved watching westerns. Heis survived by a daughter Lorretta Trussell and husband "Shorty" of Rocky Ridge MD three brothers Wayne Fichett and wife Deborah Chester Fitchett and wife Jessica Grover Fitchett and wife Sandy one sister Betty Fitzgerald five grandchildren Jennifer Haynes Katie Haynes Chris Haynes Cody Trussell and Megan Trussell and one great grandchild Trey Haynes.
