Roxie Lee Clay 94 passed away peacefully at her home Wednesday August 5 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Born August 10 1931 in Jesse WV she was the daughter of the late Thurley Adams and Maggie Browning Adams. Roxie enjoyed reading cooking and doing word searches. She also enjoyed many quiet moments sitting on the porch and watching the birds and squirrels. She was happiest when surrounded by her family and took immense pleasure in looking after them all. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons Gerald Mullens and Eddie Mullens a grandson Adam Mullens two sisters Gusta Cook and Happie Adams a brother Jim Adams soninlaw Ronald Irick and daughterinlaw Nancy Mullens.
