Kenneth A. Paschke 88 years of Sturgeon Bay passed away at his home on Monday morning March 30 2026. He was born August 21 1937 in Egg Harbor the son of the late Orville and Bertha Tanck Paschke. Ken attended Sevastopol High School. He had a small farm where he and his family raised beef cattle and chickens to help feed their family. He even raised pheasants. Ken was a hard worker and for 23 years he worked at Milwaukee Shoe Factory before his 21 years at Emerson Motors until his retirement. Ken built his current home by himself as he earned enough money. He would continue the project until it was finally completed. An avid outdoors man he loved being outside and working his property. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his brother Bob and friends. Michael Arthur Smith 76 Sister Bay passed away on Sunday March 29 2026 at Aurora Bay Care Medical Center Green Bay. Mike attended Liberty Grove School and St. Rosalia Parish. He graduated from Gibraltar High School with the class of 1968. Mike worked during the summer for Bay Ridge Golf Course while he studied at UWStout in Menomonie. He graduated with a BS degree in Industrial Arts and Drivers Education. He taught Industrial Arts at Algoma Elementary School. Mike also worked for Door County Coop in Sister Bay and farmed on the family dairy farm. He enjoyed taking rides spending time with his family playing cards and building wood furniture. He was a great cook and baker. He loved to take care of his plants and taking his nieces and nephews to the outdoor movie theater.
