Victoria Vicki R. LewisHay of Superior WI and formerly Cornucopia WI passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Monday March 30 2026. She was 76 years old. Vicki was born in Edina MN on May 9 1949 the middle child of Philip and Vivian Ryan Lewis. Vicki attended Our Lady of Grace Catholic School and graduated from Edina High School. She went on to college in Denver and Montana State and graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul MN earning her Masters Degree in Education. Vicki worked as a Special Education teacher for over 40 years. To know Vicki was to love her. She was fun witty kind occasionally irreverent and always full of life. With sparkling bluegreen eyes she inherited her mothers Irish humor and her fathers hardworking ethic. Diane was a deeply devout Catholic and her faith was the cornerstone of her life. She will be fondly remembered as Auntie Di by her family as she loved and cared for her nieces and nephews as if they were her own children. Lyn R. Breitung 70 of Solon Springs WI passed away Saturday March 28 2026 at Middle River Health and Rehabilitation Center with her husband by her side. Lyn was born May 5 1955 to Lois Braunshweig and Dewayne Thies in Ada MN and was raised in Hoyt Lakes MN. She was employed as a clerk with St. Louis County in Duluth MN for over 30 years retiring in 2005. She was an excellent baker and would share with her family and friends. Lyn enjoyed hosting backyard parties at their home in the summer months. She also enjoyed working on crossword puzzles in her spare time. She is survived by her husband Jim her son Eric Schulstad her brother Paul Thies her brother inlaw Jack Jean Breitung her sisters inlaws Jeanna Gagne and Sue Tim Cragin and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary Ann Nilsen 90 longtime resident of Superior WI died Saturday March 28th 2026 at AspenMiddle River Health and Rehab in South Range WI. She was born in Chicago July 26th 1935 the daughter of James and Agnes Soleim Barthen. She married Walter Mickey Nilsen on January 24th 1956 and they celebrated 62 years of marriage before his passing. She attended school at Superior Cathedral and was the mother of six boys. She worked at several places before becoming a successful business woman for many years before her retirement. Mary Ann was a member of Cathedral of Christ the King Catholic Church in Superior. She enjoyed bowling raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren. Mary Ann and Mickey retired as owners of the Cove Cabaret and BiRite Store both in Superior and the Hinckley and Superior Flea Markets. MaryAnn is survived by her six sons Rawn Janet Nilsen…
