Arlene left this earth on Saturday February 14 2026 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 100 while at her home at Drumlin Reserve Senior Living Community Cottage Grove WI. Born on January 20 1926 in Hillsboro WI to Alois and Cynthia Eastman Sosinsky. She attended local schools there. As a child and young woman she worked very hard on the family farm driving hay wagons tending gardens feeding livestock and helping to take care of her younger siblings. She was the middle child of eleven children. After graduation she worked in the office at the Carnation Company in Hillsboro doing office work. Arlene loved working with numbers sewing quilting and picking apples at the family cabin in Champion Valley. She married Robert L. Erie of Hillsboro on May 22 1948. Rita Ann Rogers Woolever age 95 died on Saturday February 14 2026 at Milestone Senior Living in Hillsboro WI. The second eldest of five children she was born to Philip and Arvilla Fessey Rogers on November 13 1930 a birthday she shared with her mom. Rita had the love of learning and teaching from childhood on. She graduated from Wonewoc High School and received her teaching certificate from New Lisbon Normal School in 1950. During her teaching career she taught at several oneroom school houses. Her final fulltime position was teaching third grade at the La Valle Elementary School. On June 10 1950 Rita was married to Lester Woolever and began their life together as a farm family in the Dutch Hollow Lake area.
