Carlene A. Hasenfus, born November 13, 1948, to Carl and Muriel (Alfred) Lowery, left this earth on May 12, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer.She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and her sister Sandra (Kurt) Steiner.Carlene is survived by her devoted husband of more than sixty years, Dennis Hasenfus; her children Dennis Hasenfus (Audrey), Todd Hasenfus (Sherrie), and Crystal Hasenfus Behnke (Ryan); along with her cherished grandchildren (5) and great grandchildren (7), all of whom brought immeasurable joy to her life.Carlene was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother whose love for family overflowed into everything she did. She adored angels and spent many years collecting them, finding comfort and peace in the belief that when we leave this world, we rest among them and the loved ones who have gone before us.Christmas was her favorite time of year.
