After battling ovarian cancer with strength and courage Jacqueline Kay Jackie Slotty Boettcher age 65 passed away at home on Tuesday February 10 2026 with her partner Randy Brockmann at her side. Jackie was born in Prairie du Sac on February 12 1960 to Roman and Irma Inky Schoenfeld Slotty. She graduated from Sauk Prairie High School in 1978. She worked as a letter carrier for USPS for more than 33 years. Jackie grew up on her familys farm near Denzer where she helped her mother in the garden flower beds and working on the farm. She continued that hobby having many beautiful flower gardens at her home. Jackie and Randy shared a deep love for adventure. To escape the winter they frequently traveled to warmer climates soaking up the sun and exploring together often for a month at a time. They could also be found almost daily working out…

Eldoris A Lovell

Eldoris A. Lovell age 91 of Prairie du Sac passed away on Friday February 13 2026 at The Pines Assisted Living. Eldoris was born on April 12 1934 in Loganville to the late Frederick and Martha Harms Thies. She was a graduate of Reedsburg High School class of 1952. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Larry Lovell on July 28 1956 in Loganville. He preceded her in death on September 22 2007 after 51 years of marriage. After raising her five children Eldoris worked at the Sauk Prairie Middle School in the Library for 29 years. In retirement she and Larry liked to travel and visit with relatives and friends. Monica Liegel

Monica P. Liegel age 93 of Reedsburg passed away on Tuesday February 10 2026. She was born on October 26 1932 in Franklin Township Sauk County Wisconsin the daughter of Anton and Anna Volk Liegel. Monica was an artist and a lover of nature. She worked with the Sauk County Parks and Rec Department for 28 years as well as the Human Services Department for 17 years. She worked at Lands End for nine years and the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce for 10 years. Monica thoroughly enjoyed her time as a volunteer at RAMCs ACU unit the hospital gift shop and Riverview Thrift Shop as well as and most recently a Board Member of Partners of Reedsburg Area Medical Center.
