Virginia A. “Gina” Jordan age 87 of Spring Green, WI passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at Greenway Manor Nursing Home in Spring Green. She was born on May 15, 1938 in Freeport, IL the daughter of John Logan and Dorothy Virginia (Timmerman) Benincosa. Virginia was married on June 15, 1963 to Robert G. Jordan.Virginia graduated from UW Platteville College of Education with a Bachelor of Science Degree in English and Bachelor Science Degree in Biology with an emphasis in secondary education. In 1979, she earned a Master of Arts Degree from Clarke College in Dubuque, IA with a major in learning disabilities.Virginia began her high school teaching career at Belvidere, IL High School in 1960 and retired from River Valley High School Spring Green, WI in 2004.
