Mrs. Rita was born in Canastota New York. She has lived in Flomaton since 2006 coming from DeLand Florida. Mrs. Rhoades enjoyed watching the birds especially her hummingbirds. She loved country music sewing and crocheting. She loved her dog Willie and her cat Dolly. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Helen Ortman brothers Fred Ortman Stewart Ortman Robert Ortman and Jerry Ortman sister Jacki Stevens.
