OBITUARY FOR LOY STEVEN SMITHDIED APRIL 19, 2026Loy Steven Smith, 74, died at his home in Cherokee Village, AR, on April 19, 2026, leaving behind his wife, Coleen, his kids: Christian Smith, Christy (Sean) Himschoot, Luke Smith, and Amber (Johnathon) Harmon, two sisters, Janie (Doug) Sportel, Jill (Dale) James, and a brother, Doug (Pam) Smith. He also left behind a passel of grandkids and great grandkids. Steve was so proud of his kids and grandkids he couldn’t help bragging about them all. He loved the looks on people’s faces when he told them he had 37 grandkids and great grandkids and more on the way.Needless to say, he and his wife started a very large family, and Steve left them all grieving and broken hearted. It is so hard to give up someone who is loved beyond measure. But those grieving his passing are sustained in the knowledge that he…
