Thomas H. Tom Latch Jr. age 90 of Claymont DE formerly of Brookhaven PA passed away peacefully on Saturday August 15 2026. Tom attended and graduated Chester High School in Chester PA Class of 1954. After graduating Tom immediately joined the United States Navy serving in the Korean War. After his years in the Navy he went on to work for DuPont as a machinist for over 40 years until his retirement. He had a love of flying and was a fixed wing pilot and instructor for many years maintaining his license longterm. He also held a parttime job for a few years working for Denco Inc. Tom had a love for stamp and coin collecting football baseball hunting and aviation and continued those hobbies well into his later years.
