It is with heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life welllived that we announce the peaceful passing of Herta S.Patrick on August 8 2026 in the comfort of her home. Born on May 27 1932 in Ontario Canada Herta was the cherished daughter of Martin and Elizabeth May Romanian immigrants. Her journey through life was marked by compassion resilience and a boundless love for those around her. Herta was a devoted wife having met the love of her life Pat in a serendipitous encounter on a San Francisco stairway. Their love story unfolded with a marriage that took them to Delaware where they raised their two sons. Pat and Herta shared a beautiful partnership enriched by over fifty summers spent at her brother Eddies and sisterinlaw Junes cottage located at Georgian Bay in Ontario Canada. They enjoyed the sun fishing beer and potato chips. BettyHerta will be sadly missed…
