Diana Murphy-Enenstein, 78, of Hoffman Estates, formerly of Park Ridge and Chicago, entered eternal life on June 30, 2026. She is survived by her brother, Dean H. (Carol) Murphy (Jr.); nephew, Douglas Murphy (Bob Chapski); niece, Lauren Starrett; cherished children, Jennifer (Ramiro) Castelán, Kristin (Christopher) Cortez, and Kira (Mitchel) Lenzi; loving grandchildren, Charlotte and Chloe Castelán and Olivia and Emma Lenzi; and numerous cousins.A graduate of Resurrection College Prep High School, Diana attended Dominican College of Racine before working at multiple elementary schools for the Chicago Board of Education. She spent most of her adult years in caregiving roles for family and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean H. and Frances (née Enebo) Murphy (Sr.); her beloved husband, Louis Enenstein; her daughter, Alissa Beth Enenstein; her nephew, David Murphy; and her grandson, Aiden Taylor Cortez.Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2026, from 3 to 8 p.m. with…
