Early on she worked as a secretary for school District 117 and later as a sales associate in the sewing department at Scott's Dime Store in Hickory Hills, Illinois. She filled her days with various crafts such as sewing, cross-stiching, crocheting and figurine painting.She was passionate about fulfilling her civic duty as an Election Judge for over 40 years. She cherished the time she spent with her family and many friends and treasured thememories they made together.Christmas was her favorite time of year.
