Robert Wesley "Bob" Twyford, 91, of Jacksonville, IL, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Memorial Hospital in Springfield. He was born January 15, 1933, in Jacksonville at Passavant Area Hospital, the son of Hubert and Millie (Norfleet) Twyford.Patsy Ann Twyford, 89 of Jacksonville, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, at StoneBridge Senior Living. She was born September 15, 1936, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Leroy and June Shadid.Bob and Patsy married on May 30, 1954.They are survived by two daughters, Jilda (David) Evans and Rachel (Tom) Hill; six grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. They were preceded in death by a son, Tim Twyford; and two grandchildren, Amy Jo Evans and Grant Wade.A memorial service for both Patsy and Bob will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Williamson Funeral Home in Jacksonville. Connie Jo Besterfeldt, 74, of Waverly, went to her eternal rest to reunite with Bob and their dog, Zeus, on March 29, 2026.She was born August 26, 1951, to Lyndal and Vera White Neighbours.She is survived by her daughter, Angie (husband Brandon) Bergschneider, and her son, Adam (fiancé Donnelle) Besterfeldt; her grandchildren, Alex Bryant; Lainey and Leo Bergschneider; Rylie and Chatym Besterfeldt; Elizabeth Treadway and Emma Coumbes; and her great-grandchildren, Eli, Audrey, Skylar, and Olin Bryant.
