Rebecca A.(Adams) Churchwell passed away peacefully at Celebrate Nursing Facility on August 9, 2026. Becky was born on June 18, 1953 and adopted by Harold and Virginia Adams. She was raised in Springfield, Illinois. Becky worked in retail sales for several years where she began her love of collecting fine china, glassware, and figurines. Later, she worked for Tyler Industries and then worked for and retired from Gierke Robinson Company.Becky and Bob resided in Hillsdale, Illinois. Home was Becky’s favorite place to be. She took pride in her home and loved decorating, especially for Christmas. Becky and Bob gardened together and graciously shared their harvest with others. Becky enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and butterflies in her flower garden. She had a kind and giving heart and a soft spot for all animals. Becky took in and cared for several strays over the years. She enjoyed crafting and knitting and used…
