Sharon Rose Martin 83 of Danville Illinois passed away peacefully in her home on May 9 2026. She was a cherished mother grandmother great grandmother greatgreat grandmother and friend and her presence will be dearly missed. Born on November 22 1942 in Danville Illinois Sharons life was centered on faith love and loyalty to her family. She married Paul Bob Martin Sr. on May 9 1964 and together they built a home filled with love and devotion. She dedicated 31 years of service in District 118 where she was the food service coordinator. She was also a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church. Her relationship with God guided every part of her life. Sharon loved serving at summer church camps and sharing the love of Jesus with everyone she knew. Frances Irene Heaton 83 of Danville slipped into Eternal Rest on Saturday May 9 2026 at Accolade Healthcare in Danville. She passed just seven days after her beloved husband Larry whom she had shared just short of fiftysix years with. Frances was born in Danville on July 17 1943 to Fred and Ethel Thatcher Lockhart. She was raised attended Danville schools and grew up in the area. Frances worked at KIK for many years retiring shortly before their closure. She married Larry Heaton in 1970 and the two were inseparable. A graveside service for both Frances and Larry will be planned in the near future at Danville National Cemetery.
