Homer Kenneth Hart 82 passed away at 750 p.m. on May 14 2026 surrounded by family in hospice care at Franciscan Health in Lafayette. He was known all his life as Ken and as a man who could fix anything around the house in the garage or on the driveway. He had been married for 57 years to Patricia Dianne Harvey Hart who survives him along with their two daughters and one grandson. Kenneth was the fifth of seven children born to Homer Donald Hart and Pauline Ruth Osmon Hart on May 18 1943 in Washington IL. Although he lived nearly his whole life in Indiana Kenneth was born during the years when the family moved to Illinois for his fathers job. Austin Michael Clingerman 27 of West Lafayette passed away on Friday May 15 2026 at IU Health Arnett Hospital. He enjoyed playing darts bowling fishing hiking with his sister playing Chess with his nephew attending concerts with family watching the Chicago Bears with his mom traveling playing video games Anime and time with his family. Surviving is his mother Jennifer Clingerman of Indianapolis a sister Shelby Brian Ford of Bloomington his grandmother Bonnie Hurst of West Lafayette a grandfather James Ferguson of Frankfort nephews Jasper Layne and Jensen and a cousin Kenzy along with several extended family members. Austin was preceded in death by his father Melvin Barry grandfather Charles William Hurst Jr. grandfather Terry Clingerman Uncles Terry Clingerman II and Nathan Draper.
