Kelly A. Laschanzky age 56 of West Branch died at her home with her family by her side on Friday July 3 2026. Kelly Ann Hanson was born March 14 1970 in Iowa City the daughter of Richard and Diane McBride Hanson. Attending Iowa City schools she graduated with the Class of 1988 from City High School. For many years she worked at Purethane in West Branch as a Quality Control Supervisor. Kelly was united in marriage to John R. Laschanzky on August 29 1995 in Tipton Iowa. She enjoyed life simply boat rides with her father reading a good book listening to Dolly Parton watching Iowa Hawkeye Football and always finding time for a game of Yahtzee Her family includes her husband John their two children Andrew Laschanzky and Allison Laschanzky siblings Rick Hanson and Jody Atkins and her stepmother Rhonda Hanson.
